March Field AirFest pilots make appearances at local hospitals and high schools in the days leading up to the May 1 and 2 air show.

Meet the C-17, one of the aircraft from right here at March Air Reserve Base that will be performing in the AirFest May 1 & 2. There will be several parked C-17s to explore inside and out. You’ll also be able to talk to the pilots and loadmasters from the 729th Airlift Squadron at March.

The Air Force Reserve is hosting a VIP meet and greet at the AirFest with MTV’s Fantasy Factory star Rob Dyrdek.

Meet an AirFest performer hailing from the base: the KC-135 Stratotanker. At the show, you’ll also have the chance to explore KC-135s inside and out, as well as talk to the pilots, boom operators and crew from the 336th Air Refueling Squadron.
